Comments on this menu:
– Because we will be eating in the great outdoors, we will not be providing eggs, butter, milk, or any soft fruits and vegetables that may bruise or go rotten easily.
– However, for the first few days of a project we will be able to make salads out of fresh vegetables. Towards the end of the project most of our bread will be dried into croutons.

Breakfast: Dried cereal with milk or wheat porridge, tea, coffee, biscuits and cookies, bread and cheese

Breakfast: hot rice porridge with powdered milk and raisins, tea, coffee, biscuits
