The GBT project “To the Land of Baikal Taiga-1” is over!

The first GBT summer project of 2019 has been completed!

The project took place 10 days from July 1 to July 10 in the Emelynikha fall, 7 km from Listvyanka.

The volunteers had to repair the serpentine – a section of the GBT trail near the village. The main results are:

Pathway repair: 271.2 m

From them wooden support sites: 4 pieces with a total length of 38 m

Clearing of the corridor: 3 km (11 knees of the serpentine)

1 information stand installed on the top of the serpentine is restored

7 natural trails were “closed”

Signs and arrows on the trail were installed

Geography of participants: Nizhnekamsk, Norilsk, Moscow, Dolgoprudny, Irkutsk, Shelekhov, Angarsk, St. Petersburg, as well as the United Kingdom and the United States.
